How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Each order is made fresh when you buy it. Production typically takes 3–5 business days. Once shipped, U.S. delivery is usually 5–7 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email once it’s on the way.
Do you offer faster shipping or ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, we offer standard U.S. shipping only. We’re working on adding more destinations and options in the future.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard U.S. shipping on all orders — no minimum required.
Returns
We stand by the quality of every Texas Cowboy Creations order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — if the size you need is available. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error.
If you’re exchanging for a larger size, any price difference will be applied to your order before we ship the replacement.

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t gone into production, we can make changes or cancel it.

How do I care for my canvas and apparel?
Canvas: Dust lightly with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid moisture and direct sunlight.
Shirts: Turn inside out, machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and high heat.
Will the colors match what I see online?
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings but are printed in rich, true‑to‑design tones.
Do you use digital tools to create your art?
I do. Just like a brush, pencil, or camera, digital tools are part of my kit. Every piece is guided, refined, and finished by hand so it carries the grit, heritage, and soul of the West — not the stamp of a machine.
