All orders are made‑to‑order and shipped directly from our print partners.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Production times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • United States: Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after your order ships.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and any carrier delays.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

  • All orders include tracking information.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@texascowboycreations.com within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost items).

  • Include your order number, photos of the product/packaging (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Incorrect Address

  • Please double‑check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

Holiday Shipping

  • Please allow extra time during November–December, as both production and carrier services may experience seasonal delays.
