We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Please note: Items must be sent to the return address we provide. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If it is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@texascowboycreations.com so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (flowers, food, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital downloads

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards or sale items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item (following our return process) and place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@texascowboycreations.com.
